Refunds and Returns
At Her Matcha, we want you to be delighted with every purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days for a return. Upon receiving your returned products, we will inspect them and notify you via email. If the products are in their original condition, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. However, if the products show signs of misuse, we’ll offer you the option to have them returned at your expense or disposed of without a refund.
Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you receive incorrect or faulty products, please contact us within 24 hours with evidence, and we’ll arrange for the correct items to be sent at no cost to you. For major faults, you’ll have the choice of a refund or replacement. For minor issues, we’ll decide on the most suitable solution.
Gifts
Gift exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. We require a gift receipt and the product to be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that refunds are not available for gift returns.
